Personal Information Collected:

We request information from the user on our member profile sheet. Here a user must provide contact information (name, phone number, email address). This information is used if Symbol Master has trouble processing a member request and is only used to get in touch with the user.

Log Files:

We use IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser type, ISP (internet service provider), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc., are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Security:

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect member information off-line. All of our Members' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our office. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
